Pantheon 2025
When: September 17-19, 2025
Where: Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W. Katella Ave., Anaheim, CA 92802
Who: 125+ Industry & Thought Leaders
What: 75+ Product Training & Learning Sessions
To give you a little sneak peek behind the scenes, we sat down with veteran Pantheon attendee Danielle Combs, ServiceTitan Program Manager, Customer & Partner Relations, for the next episode of the Mastering ServiceTitan podcast.
“I have attended and either had a booth or presented at every Pantheon we've had, including when it used to be called Dispatch. And it started with the first one being in Vahe's [ServiceTitan Co-Founder Vahe Kuzoyan] backyard,” Combs says.
This learning and networking event has grown tremendously over the past nine years, moving from Vahe’s backyard to larger locations in California, a virtual event in 2020, a fully outdoors venue at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, to this year’s major event held on all three levels of the Anaheim Convention Center.
Pantheon, a 2 1⁄2-day affair, features inspiring keynote speakers, hands-on training, Pro product training, new AI-powered feature demonstrations, a hackathon where you get to share your own ideas, and exclusive networking and fun with industry leaders and other contractors.
To help you prepare, Combs breaks down the details for each day of Pantheon below.
Day 1 of Pantheon
On Wednesday, the first day of Pantheon, attendees pick up their badges and register for the conference between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Early birds also gain access to the Expo Hall from 1 to 4 p.m., giving them more time to browse, meet, and mingle during Expo Hall Light.
“It's a great time, if you like to get there early and just get the feel of things, if you like to pre-plan your agenda and get the lay of the land, you have that opportunity to do so. But then the real fun starts happening from 4 to 6 p.m.,” Combs says.
That’s when Pantheon’s welcome reception begins, and guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while networking with fellow contractors and other Titans. Immediately following the welcome reception, check out the new sponsored block parties to continue the fun.
“Definitely look at the different options there, as well. I won't spoil anything, but there's some great ones that you'll definitely want to look into,” she says.
Day 2 of Pantheon
On Thursday, Pantheon kicks off with breakfast from 7 to 8 a.m., then ServiceTitan Co-Founder and CEO Ara Mahdessian delivers the first inspirational keynote speech.
“He's just so inspirational. He's such an amazing person. Ara and Vahe are one of the main reasons why I'm still here today after nine years. The second being our customers and the industry as a whole,” Combs says.
Following the keynote speech, attendees make their way to breakout sessions, with 75+ product training and learning sessions on the agenda.
“If you're bringing more than one person, please attend different sessions and take notes so you can bring even more content back to your company and your teams,” Combs advises.
Also take advantage of the morning and afternoon breaks to get drinks, stay hydrated, and spend some time visiting booths and networking with others in the Expo Hall. The time allowed for this year’s breaks has been extended to give attendees more time to walk around and browse before the next breakout sessions start.
Once the morning sessions are complete, lunch will be served. This year’s afternoon meal features a “Birds of a Feather Lunch,” where you’ll be sitting with other contractors of a similar size, industry, and region.
“That way, you can really get to know other contractors, pick their brains for best practices, and help each other grow,” Combs says. “A big part of Pantheon is really getting that time with each other as well as those other product experts.”
Mid-afternoon, you can attend keynote speeches related to residential or commercial services as well as a product keynote speech delivered by ServiceTitan Co-Founder and President Vahe Kuzoyan. Breakout sessions are also planned during this time if you want to skip the speeches.
“Vahe gets to steal the show with that product keynote. Definitely put that on your schedule to make sure you get to see Vahe and our product team with that one, because you will be amazed with what they've come up with, what's on the roadmap, and how customer-focused and customer-centric it is. So, don't miss that one,” Combs says.
Later that evening, the Titan Appreciation Party kicks off with a vintage circus or “Under the Big Top” theme, and featuring a performance by Grammy Award-winning country superstars Little Big Town.
“Our events team has knocked it out of the park and we have an amazing event scheduled for our customers. It's going to be a great time. You guys are going to absolutely love it,” Combs says. “All of our Titans also participate and love to spend time with our customers.”
Day 3 of Pantheon
Friday is just as intense as Thursday, Combs says, but it’s a shorter day that ends at 3:30 p.m., Breakfast and lunch will be served, breaks will be taken, and a variety of breakout sessions will keep everyone engaged. The Expo Hall will also be open throughout the day.
The most important keynote speech to listen to on Friday will be delivered by Dr. Andrew Huberman, Neuroscience Professor at Stanford School of Medicine and host of the Huberman Lab podcast, and Dr. Peter Attia, Physician and Founder of Early Medical and host of The Drive podcast. Keith Mercurio, ServiceTitan’s Sr. Director of Executive Success and the CEO of Ethical Influence Global, will moderate.
“It's going to be amazing,” Combs says. “Just remember, Pantheon is about thought leadership and growth for you, too. So it's not just about product, product, product. These breakout sessions and keynote speakers are really going to bring that to the house and give you things you can take away for you and your team.”
Right before lunch in the middle of the day, Mercurio will deliver his own keynote speech (the last one for Pantheon 2025!) and the ServiceTitan team will make several significant announcements, including the Prometheus Award winners for ServiceTitan contractors who are giving back to their communities.
Attendees will then eat lunch and dive into even more breakout sessions after.
An extra special highlight of the day will be ServiceTitan’s first “Hacktheon” (hackathon for Pantheon), where customers can share ideas for new products and features.
“Hacktheon is really a chance for end users to be involved, give ideas of what they'd like to see done, and have our developers and engineers working side by side with them, creating those ideas on the fly. Then users and participants will give live feedback on what's going on and our customers will judge those projects that were done throughout Pantheon,” Combs explains. “Everyone will be able to see a glimpse of what that lifecycle looks like, what goes into creating a feature.”
Also plan to attend breakout sessions on enhancements and upgrades related to AI and Titan Intelligence, payments and financing, and Pro Products.
Any final advice for attending Pantheon?
“So, Pantheon is like drinking from a fire hose. It’s so much information. It's a lot. So take it in stride. Think of change management. You can't implement everything at once. You can't do everything. So, I really challenge people, when you attend this or any event, go into it with a plan,” Combs says. “Proper prior planning prevents perplexing problems. That's my favorite motto.”
