One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
Lenny Siers is a multi-brand franchise owner offering Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® and Mister Sparky® electric services to homeowners in northwest Florida. He is a leader and advocate for the Clockwork, Inc., family of brands. After spending eight years in active duty for the United States Air Force, Siers used his training in HVAC and mechanical systems to start his own contracting business. In 2005, Siers joined the One Hour brand. He added Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in 2010 and Mister Sparky electric in 2017. Today, Siers’ businesses operate a fleet of more than 120 residential service vans.

Chris Hunter is a man with many, many titles. After selling Hunter Super Techs that he and his wife Nickie built from the ground up to Turnpoint Services, Chris has dedicated his time to helping other contractors grow their businesses. He co-founded Go Time Success Group with his mentor Ben Stark and just recently joined the ServiceTitan family as our Director of Customer Relations!
Chris describes himself as a Christ-follower, husband, father, grandpa, and business leader. He's a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer & speaker. Countless organizations recognize Chris as an outstanding leader, including Inc 5000, PHC Magazine, and ACHR the NEWS.
Tom Howard
VP of Customer Success & Experience

Before joining ServiceTitan, Tom Howard ran Lee’s Air, a plumbing and HVAC company based in Fresno, California. After achieving tremendous success at Lee’s, Tom co-founded Blue Collar Profits, a consulting agency dedicated to helping ServiceTitan customers maximize their software investment and set their business up for success. Today, Tom leverages his unique set of skills to serve as VP of Customer Experience at ServiceTitan.
Steve Kiernan

Steve is the co-founder and CEO of Pointman, which has helped contractors run better businesses through technology and coaching since 2006. He and his business partners have launched and run several technology, service, and manufacturing companies together since 1998. Having worn many hats along the journey, Steve feels a strong connection to other entrepreneurial business owners and genuinely enjoys talking about their businesses and shared experiences.
Gregory Dooley

Greg is Vice President of Customer Success at Pointman. Greg has worked with over 600 different business owners and home-service professionals across the country to show them how to gain success using Pointman's products. Greg’s experience is unique because he routinely spends time in the field at contractor’s locations, both in a classroom setting and on ride alongs with the technicians, where he works side-by-side the technicians to remain conscious of their routines. Greg understands modern contractor sales expertise as well as industry trends and can tailor implementation of the Pointman software so that field technicians can continue to use previously learned effective sales processes while using Pointman's products.
