Jeremiah has more than 18 years of experience originating, managing, and executing M&A transactions. In addition to transaction responsibilities, he is a founding principal and active in management-and-development activities for the firm, including training and recruiting.

Throughout his middle-market investment banking career, Jeremiah has executed transactions in a variety of industries and sectors, including distribution, manufacturing, business services, healthcare services, and consumer products.

Prior to co-founding Intrepid, he was a Vice President at Barrington Associates, a specialty investment bank and one of the most respected middle-market M&A advisory firms in the United States. In 2006, Wells Fargo Securities acquired Barrington to serve as the M&A advisory platform of the bank.

When Jeremiah is out of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family in and on the water, swimming, surfing, sailing, skiing, and just floating around.

Kevin Comerford

CEO

Since founding the business in 2003, Kevin Comerford has served as CEO, managing day-to-day operations of the business. Since then, Service Champions North has served millions of customers in Northern California, generating 3,000+ positive online reviews and earning a Diamond Certification. Prior to kick-starting Service Champions North, Kevin was the District Manager at Service Experts. His business takes pride in giving back to its community through raising awareness for breast cancer, taking a stand for no-kill animal shelters, and continuing the funding of research for Type 1 diabetes through JDRF.

Kyle Berkman

Kyle has more than 8 years of experience managing and executing M&A transactions. He has worked on transactions across a variety of sectors, including home services, financial services, distribution, healthcare, consumer goods, industrials, and business products and services.

Prior to joining Intrepid in 2013, Kyle worked in the investment banking group at Macquarie Capital, where he covered the business services sector.

A Los Angeles native, Kyle can often be found on the weekends exploring the city’s varied culinary scene, hiking, or playing tennis.
