How to Get More 5-Star Reviews, and Respond to Negative Ones
HOSTED BY Brittany Brewer & Sarah Ghirardo • RECORDED ON November 23rd, 2020
Modern service providers know the importance of having a stellar online reputation. Even a 1-star difference between you and a nearby competitor can result in lost business.
Brittany Brewer, Marketing & CSR Manager at Bradbury Brothers, believes that acquiring and maintaining a high star rating requires a diligent follow-up process with happy customers and quickly responding to others; it’s how she’s maintained a nearly perfect 5-star rating across the major review platforms.
“Review responses are not just for the customer that’s written to you – they’re for the audience of prospective customers that are deciding whether or not they can trust you. Good or bad, we aim to provide a direct response to the customer, while also building value in our company.” - Brittany Brewer, Bradbury Brothers
