Jeremy Lewis worked at Gleason Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric for 10 years before taking over leadership from his father. Since taking ownership in March 2021, Jeremy has pivoted the company from commercial to residential, joined ServiceTitan, joined Nexstar, acquired a new business, launched an in-house training program, opened up a plumbing division, and rebranded the company. In less than a year, the company has seen a 40% growth in total revenue, and a $600 average increase in average service ticket.
