Level Based Certifications
Our program follows a three-part curriculum that builds from foundational to advanced knowledge of ServiceTitan. By finishing all three courses, users achieve the coveted status of “Certified Technician.”
Explorer
Foundational daily workflows: getting to the job, building and presenting estimates, invoicing, and collecting payment.
Navigator
Intermediate skills: selling techniques, complex invoicing, payment handling, and job lifecycle edge cases.
Commander
Advanced mastery: financing, equipment and forms expertise, purchase orders, opportunity management, and AI-powered workflows.
Curriculum Competency Overview
The technician certifications cover 10 competency domains. Each domain spans one or more certification levels, building progressively from foundational to advanced.

How to get started with Technician Certification
To start working towards certification, simply click the link above to register. We’ll take care of the rest. Once you’re enrolled, take any and all courses you need (at no cost for Trade Schools, unions, and learning institutions), and when you’re ready, take the test for certification.
Retaining your current certification
Your certification will be valid until December 31st of your third year at that time we will issue a recertification test. To maintain active certification status, you will need to successfully pass the exam to verify your understanding of recent updates.
