The Winter 2024 release for ServiceTitan is ready to rock, and this is your one-stop-shop for all the information you need to make the most of these updates.
Here are our top highlights from the Winter release:
Customer and Location Records: Easily edit Customer and Location Record tables to hide, show, reorder, lock, and unlock columns to remember each table setup for each office employee’s account.
Forms: A new report template called Form Submissions allows you to access information captured from forms, allowing you to identify revenue opportunities and streamline decision-making.
Accounting: Consolidate multiple invoices into a single view for projects, enable Multi-Party Billing, and introduce Property Management Billing for comprehensive billing flexibility.
Accounting: Create and manage new invoice templates in Template Manager to streamline and customize your billing process.
Dispatch Pro: Automatically assign the right technician to jobs, maximizing revenue and minimizing drive time. This frees up dispatchers to concentrate on revenue-generating tasks while overseeing the Dispatch Board.
Estimates: Use the most commonly sold estimates with Pricebook Pro’s Auto Proposal feature, generated by industry experts and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Wells Fargo integration early access waitlist: This upcoming financing integration allows you to offer Wells Fargo financing plans, submit an application, and receive a fast decision directly in the ServiceTitan Mobile app. This integration is currently slated to release to early access in early March 2024.

New Dispatch Configuration allows you to open Job Records in the same tab
