ServiceTitan is building its property care strategy around a simple premise: Recurring service businesses live or die on route density, agreement pricing and compliance records.
For pest control, lawn, pool and spa, and irrigation operators, that means tools aimed at fitting more work into each day and cutting administrative drag.
"Our focus is on ensuring that you can effectively run your business, even if it means adding one more stop or giving technicians more time to build a customer relationship," said Rachel Kozlovich, director of product management. "We know the focus needs to be on efficiency and productivity for the office and the field, and that is exactly what we're investing in specifically for property care businesses."
Much of the first wave has shipped. Bulk renewals and price increases, agreement edits without cancel-and-recreate, goal-based one-click routing with preview, and in-field chemical logging are live. Atlas now offers photo pest identification, label-based product guidance and an LSI calculator for pool technicians.
ServiceTitan is targeting service spacing rules, in-field agreement sales, measurement-based pricing from aerial imagery and door-to-door canvassing. Kozlovich stressed that timing is subject to change.
Further out are churn signals, demand forecasting, state-specific compliance reporting and a redesigned customer portal. Portal basics such as billing and visit management are aimed at the first half of 2027.
