Organizations within the plumbing industry host dozens of annual plumbing conferences and trade shows for plumbers, pipefitters, steamfitters, HVAC contractors, and other related professions to network with industry peers, learn about new products and technologies, earn continuing education credits, and check out exhibitor space spanning tens of thousands of square feet.
To help you decide which conferences to attend in 2024 (and a couple bonus shows in 2025) we compiled a list of the most innovative plumbing expos happening across the U.S., including our own, Pantheon, in late September/early October.
1. Flow Expo 2024
Date: March 9, 2024
Location: Fairplex, Pomona, CA

Flow Expo is the largest trade show in the western United States dedicated to plumbing, heating, cooling, and related industries. This industrial engineering event allows attendees to learn about the latest technologies, trends, services, and code requirements, while developing new partnerships and discovering new products.
2. Illinois PHCC Expo North 2024
Date: March 22, 2024
Location: Drury Lane Conference Center, Oakbrook Terrace, IL
Cost: Admission is free, but the 4-hour CEU class is $35. Register here.
The Illinois PHCC Expo North gives attendees the chance to see new products and technologies, talk to manufacturers, and network with other plumbers and contractors. There’s no cost to attend the trade show. Attendees who pre-register and pay a $35 fee can earn four hours of continuing education credits for 2024 license renewal requirements.
3. ACCO / PHCC Ohio Convention 2024
Date: March 27-29, 2024

The Air Conditioning Contractors of Ohio and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Ohio team up to host this annual event, featuring educational sessions, opportunities to earn continuing education units (CEUs), see product displays, and experience networking opportunities. Sessions will focus on a range of industry topics, such as pricing yourself right, saving time with AI, and technology innovations.
4. The 2024 EXPERIENCE Conference & Exhibition
Date: April 3-5, 2024
Location: Chattanooga Convention Center, Chattanooga, TN

The Experience Conference & Exhibition is the most hands-on, interactive, and educational event in the cleaning, restoration, and remediation industry. 5. Build Expo USA 2024 Shows
Build Expo USA hosts America's premier regional building and construction shows, featuring accredited classes, industry networking, and thousands of product and service displays. The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors 123nd Annual Convention and Tabletop Show features a Vendor Tabletop Luncheon Mixer, where vendors showcase their products for PHCC Contractors and Decision Makers over a delicious lunch. 9. ASPE Convention & Expo 2024

The American Society of Plumbing Engineers Convention & Expo caters to plumbing system design professionals. Featuring professional development sessions designed exclusively for plumbing industry professionals and the largest plumbing product trade show in the country, this event will help you discover new technologies, earn CEUs, and network with other industry professionals.
10. AHR Expo 2025
Date: Feb.10-12, 2025
Location: Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL

The International Air Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Expo is North America's largest HVACR technology showcase. The event focuses on the future of HVAC technology, including energy-saving innovations, sustainable product demonstrations, panel discussions with industry leaders, plenty of networking opportunities, and more.
11. Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) 2025
Date: Feb. 25-27, 2025
