A Pro referral occurs when a ServiceTitan customer connects our sales team with another ServiceTitan customer they feel could benefit from one or more of our pro products.

Please note that you can’t refer yourself or a business who is not using ServiceTitan.

To be eligible for this prize, a referral must:

i) sign a twelve (12) month contract for a new ServiceTitan's pro product.

ii) at the time of submission a referral can not be actively engaged in conversations with the sales department (ie. no active opportunities), and

iii) the referral must receive a demo within 30 days from referral date and upgrade within 45 days from the demo date. Eligible winners will receive a $100 visa prepaid card for the first closed won referral, $150 visa prepaid card for the second closed won referral and $200 visa prepaid card for each closed won referral thereafter. Only existing ServiceTitan customers are eligible for this promotion. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Reward payments take about three to four weeks to arrive once you’ve been notified of your eligibility.

If you earn a total of $600 or more, we’ll provide you with a W-9 Tax Form to complete and submit to us.
