This Promotion is open only to eligible Locations located in the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Void where prohibited by applicable law. How to Enter & Earn Promotional Entries Promotional entry accrual begins for all eligible Locations at the start of the Promotion Period, regardless of whether the Location was already using Virtual Agent prior to the Promotion Period. Promotional entries are earned based on the highest utilization tier reached by each individual Location during the Promotion Period. No additional purchase beyond an existing ServiceTitan Virtual Agent subscription is required to participate.
The following utilization tiers (“Tiers”) apply to this Promotion. Each Location earns promotional entries based solely on the highest Tier achieved during the Promotion Period: Tier 1 - Active Virtual Agent account (new or existing) >> 1 promotional entry Tier 2 - Book your first job with Virtual Agent >> 5 promotional entries Tier 3 - Book 10-24 jobs with Virtual Agent >> 50 promotional entries Tier 4 - Book 25-49 jobs with Virtual Agent >> 75 promotional entries Tier 5 - Book 50+ jobs with Virtual Agent >> 100 promotional entries Prize One (1) winning Location will receive a VIP Pantheon 2026 experience for up to two (2) individuals from that Location, as designated by an authorized representative of the Location.
