ServiceTitan's Winter 2026 Release Highlights

February 12, 2026

Episode Overview

Need help deciphering ServiceTitan’s 2026 winter release highlights? You’ve come to the right place.

Carla Lynn, Customer Marketing Manager at ServiceTitan, breaks down the 2026 winter release highlights in a recent Mastering ServiceTitan podcast—where you get expert advice from power users. In this episode, Lynn explores four major software updates designed to help service businesses streamline operations:

  1. Field Mobile app enhancements for better project visibility

  2. Adaptive Capacity rule builder with Atlas to speed up and simplify strategic rules set-up

  3. Three-way matching in Accounts Payable to protect the bottom line

  4. End-to-end construction management for residential and commercial builders

Also part of the 2026 winter release highlights, Lynn introduces the new Release Hub, a centralized knowledge base where users like residential and commercial builders can preview walkthrough videos and test upcoming features in their “Next” environment before they go live.

Let’s get right to it.

Major update #1: Field Mobile app enhancements

Enhancements made to the Field Mobile app include smarter tools for communications, payments, and project management, Lynn says.

The highlights include:

  • Technician appointment summaries

  • Optimized views for estimates presented via tablets

  • Ability for techs to search and view project details when they’re assigned to a specific job

While focused on making updates to project-related features, these enhancements improve efficiency for companies doing larger projects or jobs that take multiple days to complete.

“It's pretty much end to end, because it's all about simplifying those everyday workflows,” Lynn says. “It’s making it faster and more reliable to deliver service documentation and communication.

“For example, those appointment summaries create visibility for the end customer, but also create collaboration between the field and the office team so there's constant, immediate visibility into what's going on,” she adds.

The best way to see the Field Mobile app enhancements in action is to download the new Field Mobile app on Android or iOS.

“If you haven't yet, now would be a great time to download the app and just get comfortable with these workflows, because you could also then potentially bring your technicians on even sooner and get access to these features immediately,” Lynn says.

Major update #2: Adaptive Capacity rule builder with Atlas

Introduced at Pantheon 2025, Atlas is your AI superpower in ServiceTitan. Atlas knows ServiceTitan inside and out and can use your customer data combined with feature automations to create a fully automated AI workflow.

With added enhancements, Atlas can now be used as a co-pilot in Adaptive Capacity to provide guided and intelligent recommendations for creating strategic rules. Rather than creating strategic rules manually, especially if you’re not sure if you’re doing it right and you’re not able to do it quickly and easily, Atlas does the work for you.

You can still create strategic rules manually, but if you want a faster and easier way to do it, you can click on strategic rules in Adaptive Capacity and then click a button to “Ask Atlas.”

“You click on Ask Atlas. It'll open a UI (user interface) for you. Then, you give Atlas a couple of prompts. So, basically you can say ‘decrease general capacity by 20% until March,’ and then Atlas will walk you through exactly how to set up these rules so that it gets to exactly how you need it to be done,” Lynn explains.

Not only does Atlas allow you to set up strategic rules quicker in Adaptive Capacity, it also accelerates time to value.

“If you just quickly want to change your capacity for an upcoming holiday or if there's a weather event coming in and you need to quickly adjust toward that, this is super quick and easy,” she adds.

This feature is automatically enabled for ServiceTitan’s Adaptive Capacity users.

Major update #3: Three-way matching in Accounts Payable

What is three-way matching?

“This is an automated accounting feature that reconciles vendor bills by matching them against corresponding purchase orders and the item receipts,” Lynn says. “It’s essentially to ensure that what you're being charged for is matching what’s on the invoice to make sure all bills and payments are going through correctly.”

Three-way matching helps to protect your bottom line by eliminating the manual line by line reconciliation of all items individually and checking that your numbers match up.

“This frees the accounting team to focus on higher value tasks and lowers the overall operational costs,” Lynn explains.

Three-way matching is available as a default setting for commercial-plus customers, but it’s also available as an add-on feature if you do not have Accounts Payable set up for your account. Accounts Payable is available to all ServiceTitan users.

Major update #4: End-to-end construction management

This is a combination of multiple feature updates rolled into one overall theme of end-to-end construction management.

“It's essentially a centralized host of tools, including submittals, daily logs, document commenting, RFIs, and change orders designed to make construction projects easier to manage from a single hub,” Lynn says.

End-to-end construction management breaks down communication barriers between subcontractors, general contractors, and office teams to ensure everyone works from the latest project versions to improve coordination and deliver large scale projects on time and within budget.

“For example, with document commenting, you're all working from one source of truth, one document where everyone's comments are recorded and managed, so it just enhances communication across all different teams and stakeholders,” she adds.

This feature is very much specific to ServiceTitan’s construction customers, as users need to be part of a specific package to have most of these features unlocked.

“However, what I would recommend is, whether you're a residential or commercial construction customer, that's when this would be relevant to you,” Lynn says. “Go to our Release Hub, and we've organized all these different updates based on residential construction and commercial construction.”

The New Release Hub

Rather than documenting all of ServiceTitan’s release notes in one big document that’s difficult to decipher, the knowledge-based team centralized all release notes into one central hub.

“So, now you can easily jump to different sections that are appropriate to you, whether it's within Pro Products, whether it's commercial construction, and it includes walkthrough videos and links to all the different areas where you might need extra information,” Lynn says.

In addition to watching the walkthrough videos, users can test upcoming features in their “Next” environment before they go live.

“It gives customers a chance to see what's coming up in future releases, and it gives them a chance to actually get used to what might be a different workflow if something changes,” she adds. “You can go into your Next environment and then actually test these features out before it gets rolled out into the real environment.”

As for what’s coming up in the next release notes, Lynn suggests joining and watching the ServiceTitan Masterminds Group for updates.

“We will be promoting this in Masterminds. If you haven't joined Masterminds yet, it's on Facebook. It's where you can connect with ServiceTitan as well as other ServiceTitan users. So, we'll be sharing all the pre-releases over there as soon as we have everything organized on our side.”
