Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - SSO & temporary passwords
You now have more ways to protect your business and make logging in easier. Enterprise Hub customers can enable Single Sign-On (SSO) to connect ServiceTitan logins with your existing identity provider—giving your team fewer passwords to manage and easier access control. Plus, MFA by temporary one-time password (TOTP) is now available, allowing employees to receive login codes by an authenticator app if they don’t have a US or Canadian phone number. Admins are fully in control of login protections through the MFA dashboard in Settings. These tools are available today—and they’ll help your business stay ahead as security expectations grow. Bulk Scheduling and Rescheduling Appointments
