Dispatchers can manage teams on the Dispatch Board the way they want, with fully customizable order of teams and technicians. Accountants have more control over accounting periods, and can streamline accounting workflows and minimize errors with new Journal Entries, Touchless Integration, and Audit Trails.
Also, Marketers can now easily send promotional offers by text message, with campaign automation in Marketing Pro that also help ensure compliance.
We have also released new features for our Commercial customers that improve efficiency and deliver more accurate insights into the profitability of your service agreements. With Service Tasks, you can now provide more accurate cost estimations by adding exact materials and services to the scope of work. For those using ServiceChannel, completing work orders can now be done in half the time.
