The move brings a comprehensive customer experience solution and the talented team behind it into the ServiceTitan fold. It also marks the start of an exciting new chapter in the evolution of scheduling in the trades, one in which online booking, all but universal in other consumer-facing industries, is poised to gain a firmer foothold in-home services, allowing contractors to scale faster and operate more efficiently.
