Tom Howard started out in the home service trades when he was 15 years old after asking for a job from the AC and refrigerator repairman that came to his house. He has since bought and sold several companies, and he currently owns HVAC and Plumbing shops in Fresno, Sacramento, and Beverly Hills, California, as well as a Pest Control company in Fresno, California. The largest company produces over 24 million in annual revenue.

His businesses are overseen by local management while he works full-time as the VP of Customer Experience at ServiceTitan.Tom has a wife and 4 sons, who live in Glendale, California. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Brigham Young University but finds that the school of hard knocks in the trades has taught him the most.

Chadd grew up in the trades.  He is the fourth generation in HVAC with multiple companies in the family.  His parents bought a local company in 2006 and he has been working for that company for 14 years now.  He on-boarded Service Titan to their company in 2016 and has loved the software ever since.  Chadd is the Operations Manager for Lee’s Air, Plumbing, Heating and Roofing – Sacramento and is a Certified Service Titan Administrator.  

Jason first started Above and Beyond Heating and Cooling, an Edmond, Oklahoma-based HVAC company, in June 2015. Since then, he's been dedicated to serving his team and the communities surrounding Oklahoma City. He's also the Owner of LED Savings, LLC a commercial lighting and electrical business. Jason and his team participated in the beta of TitanAdvisor.
