Thilo Schatz has been with ServiceTitan for 5 years and has worked in the SAAS technology space for 13 years. He is the Sr. Manager of Sales Engineering and GTM Lead for ServiceTitan Construction and has helped them grow to over 400 Construction focused customers in the past year.
As part of leading the Construction initiative, Thilo has worked to drive the development of functionality that streamlines the intersection between the Construction and Service work.

Sendur has been in the technology and investment banking industries for the last 25 years. Substantially all of Sendur's experience has been focused on enterprise software and cloud services. Sendur started his career in technology as a software developer working in C/C++/Java environments across client-server and web service architectures. He worked in large cap technology firms as well as startups. Sendur worked for Morgan Stanley as an investment banker covering the software sector. Sendur advised C-level executives and senior management on IPOs, capital structure, and mergers and acquisitions. He has led the execution of several technology IPOs, including Fortinet, Tesla, Avago, Responsys, InvenSense, AVG and Splunk. He has worked on several software and technology M&A transactions, representing over $15 billion in aggregate value. Sendur spent nearly 9 years transforming Splunk from a licensed software business to a Cloud company. Over the initial four years, he built from the ground-up the Corporate Development, Pricing and Competitive Intelligence teams. Over the subsequent 4 years, Sendur has been the tip of the spear on shifting Splunk to a cloud business. As CPO, Sendur was responsible for converting the Splunk portfolio to a set of cloud-native services. Sendur was responsible for all product management and delivery of Splunk's products and services. This included managing the gross margin from the business. During his tenure, Splunk Cloud: (1) Grew from sub-$100M ARR to over a billion in ARR (2) Gross margin improved by >60% and (3) Customer NPS improved by 40 points. Sendur is currently the general manager of the Construction & Commercial business at ServiceTitan. ServiceTitan, a cloud-based business application platform, is the operating system for the trades and is a digital transformer for the underserved trades markets (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc). Sendur is responsible for extending ServiceTitan's capabilities beyond residential to commercial and construction segments of the trades market.
