Digital Influence on the Future of HVAC with Carrier Residential

Gundeep is the CIO & Digital leader for HVAC (Residential and Light Commercial) business. In this role, he is responsible for defining and executing on digital strategies to build a strong digital foundation, improve channel & customer experience, and help Carrier HVAC transform around the potential of data and digital. In addition, Gundeep is also responsible for Analytics and Automation functions for Carrier Corporation globally. As part of this role, he is responsible for setting & executing on the virtual worker and data & analytics agenda for Carrier Corporation.

Before joining Carrier, Gundeep held various roles with increasing leadership responsibility at Ernst & Young and Accenture Consulting. Gundeep holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh (India), and an MS in Tech Management and Leadership from Columbia University, New York.
