Service businesses are often immersed in the day-to-day tasks of repairing roofs and installing air conditioners. But, sometimes they need to sharpen their skills by attending a conference or trade show. These events offer valuable opportunities to network with industry peers and suppliers, learn about new technology, and enjoy some time away from the daily grind.
As part of its Back 2 Basics webinar series dedicated to strengthening your knowledge and skills as a ServiceTitan customer, Sr. Content Marketing Strategist Natalie Koch shifts gears to provide an overview of upcoming ServiceTitan events scheduled for 2024 and beyond. Joining Koch was Tehra Kanooni, Riley Garden, and Rachel Kole, all members of the ServiceTitan events team.
“We decided to do a session on live events and Pantheon because I've noticed in the past some folks really aren't sure where to find registration links or they don't know how to find out what events are coming up or what's near them,” Koch says. “We're going to give you a quick overview of where to find all of these links, what they mean, what these different titles and events are, and what the benefit is to you.”
ServiceTitan Webinars
Koch mentions how she regularly fields questions about upcoming and on-demand webinars, as ServiceTitan produces a consistent cadence of weekly webinars.
“If you want to register for individual webinars, go to servicetitan.com/webinar to see all of our upcoming webinars. If you scroll down on that page just a little bit more, you'll get access to every single webinar we've ever done,” Koch says.
Once on the Webinar page, users see the upcoming webinars promoted at the top with a simple link to register. Users can sort on-demand videos by industry, such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing, or by topics like marketing, operations, and productivity.
“If you register for a webinar and you can't attend, you’ll receive an email link of that recording and get access to all of that great content at any point in time,” Koch says.
For ServiceTitan users who prefer not to manually sign up for each webinar, Koch suggests changing your email preferences with ServiceTitan to receive promotional emails for upcoming webinars as well as email reminders after you sign up.
Trade Shows
Beyond holding weekly webinars, Tehra explains how ServiceTitan participates as a vendor at a wide range of industry events and trade shows. She says ServiceTitan brings a team of sales, customer service, customer success managers, and support staff onsite so customers can talk face to face with ServiceTitan representatives.
“We often have really great information about new announcements and new partnerships,” Tehra says. “And something really fun is we also have exclusive offers and really fun swag to give away, so please do stop by and say ‘hello.’”
Benefits of attending trade shows include:
Expert advice: Receive personalized consultations and support from knowledgeable staff.
Networking: Connect with industry peers, potential partners, and key stakeholders.
Exclusive offers: Access special promotions and giveaways available only at the event.
Toolbox Live
Next, Garden introduces Toolbox Live, a monthly road show hosted by ServiceTitan.
“Toolbox Live is a very intimate two-day long workshop,” Garden says. “We purposely keep our customer attendance to around 50 in order for everyone in the room to get the best learning experience possible, and for everyone to be able to participate, get their questions answered, get that one-on-one time, and just provide the best optimal experience.”
Each event is packed full of engaging content, with a networking mixer in the evening. She says the in-person format offers a more traditional learning experience versus a virtual event.
“We really want you guys to come in, learn, network, and walk away from the event feeling like you not only learned something new, but you have a new contact in your address book and someone to reach out to from not only our side of the fence but also your peers as well,” Garden says.
Each Toolbox live event focuses on a specific vertical, such as:
Call Center: Covers capacity planning, call booking, call center management, and more.
Finance: Covers payroll, invoicing, job costing, and more.
Marketing: Covers marketing trends, best practices, and ServiceTitan Marketing Pro.
General: Covers leadership training, dashboards, reporting, workflows, and overall platform best practices.
The next Toolbox Live event focuses on finance and runs November 7-8 in Boston. All-access tickets cost $349. Registration ends October 25.
ServiceTitan Pantheon 2024
Pantheon, ServiceTitan’s flagship user conference, returns to the Orlando Marriott World Center September 30-October 2, 2024.
Pantheon is the premier networking event for contractors of all sizes and experience in the home and commercial service industry. The event brings together more than 3,000 service leaders and skilled trades professionals who are passionate about uniting in their vision for the industry to work smarter and faster, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
“There are so many reasons to attend Pantheon, but a big one that we want to highlight is the content and educational sessions,” Tehra says. “There are going to be 70-plus product training and learning sessions this year hosted by 50-plus incredible industry and thought leaders joining to share their knowledge and content with you all.”
Garden explains how ServiceTitan has full access to the event venue this year, meaning bigger breakout rooms and more networking space than previous iterations. Users are required to pre-register for sessions, and ServiceTitan event producers now have the ability to move sessions to a larger room if a session becomes too full.
Some exciting features of the 2024 experience include:
Titan Talks
“Pantheon is about so many different things, but at the end of the day we want you to walk away with more knowledge and more resources,” Garden says. “Titan Talks will include multiple sessions happening on two stages on the expo floor. You'll learn about everything from the resources within our organization that are free to you as customers as well as general knowledge.”
One-on-One Appointments
“One of the biggest takeaways outside of the knowledge on the platform is connecting with your peers,” Garden says. “At the end of the day, we learn so much from each other, so we're helping provide a little bit more opportunity to connect with your peers.”
Garden explains how once attendees download the Pantheon app (soon to be released), they can browse the full attendee list and send requests to meet.
"You’ll be able to say, ‘Hey, let's connect. Let's meet up,’” Garden says. “And you'll be able to see what business they are and whether they’re commercial or residential. We're super excited about this and we hope you're able to make some great networking opportunities.”
Networking Events
Kole mentions how the 70-plus sessions at Pantheon 2024 provide great networking opportunities and highlights some of the premier events designed specifically for attendees to connect.
“We have our Birds of a Feather lunch, which is an opportunity for you to connect with different peers in your industry and learn how they’re using ServiceTitan,” Kole says. “You can talk about their best practices—it's really a great way for you to network.
“And of course we have our evening events,” she adds. “On Monday, we have our welcome reception where you can pick up your badge. Our expo hall will be open and we have over 50 exhibiting partners and 80 booths. We also have a concert planned, as well as the Titan Appreciation party on Tuesday, which is a really fun event.”
ServiceTitan will also have internal booths onsite for users to learn about the suite of Pro products.
“That's definitely your time to get demos about the products, and also if you want to learn more about our internal resources like our Torch program, Ignite Ember, or ServiceTitan University programs,” Kole says. “They’ll all be at Pantheon and you can have one-on-one contact with our employees.”
Session Tracks
Kole says the full Pantheon agenda will be released by the end of August. Breakout sessions for Pantheon ‘24 are grouped in five distinct learning tracks. Each track aligns to a particular stage of the customer journey.
Tracks include:
Revenue Generation
Efficient Operations
Execution Excellence
Financial Mastery
Effective Administration
Attendees can filter sessions in the app by audience (residential, commercial, etc.) product experience level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), and session type (feature releases, Pro products, product training, etc).
Attendee Hub - coming late August
“This is a web-based version of the mobile app, and this is where you'll be able to build your entire agenda. All of the filters that I previously talked about will be on the side of the attendee hub, and the entire agenda will be there,” Kole says.
It gives attendees a head start to plan their agendas, set one-on-one meetings, check out sponsors, or message other attendees.
“Anything you do in the attendee hub is fully translated to the mobile app, so you don't have to do it in two spots. It all connects,” Kole says.
All-access tickets to Pantheon ‘24 cost $1,099. Group rates are also available at a discounted price. Register today for Pantheon ‘24.
