The Titan Score

The Titan Score, featured in TitanAdvisor, is a powerful tool for all ServiceTitan customers. It quantifies how effectively you are utilizing ServiceTitan. A higher score means better utilization, which translates to greater value for your business. In fact, contractors who maximize their use of ServiceTitan have been shown to grow more than twice as fast.

The Challenge 

We're inviting you to increase your Titan Score by following the recommendations in TitanAdvisor for a chance of earning exclusive awards while improving your business performance.

Six participants with the largest percentage increase between July 22 and September 22 will be recognized at Pantheon 2024 and notified by email. Winners will receive a Titan Score Challenge Customer Award, get featured in an upcoming Toolbox Magazine, and will receive a free ticket to next year’s Pantheon event. Your presence at Pantheon is not required to win. 

Two winners with the highest percentage increase in Titan Score will be named from each of the following categories based on customer tenure: 

1. Live on ServiceTitan for less than one year 

2. Live on ServiceTitan for 1-2 years

3. Live on ServiceTitan for more than 2 years

BONUS: Customers below 100 points are encouraged to push past this milestone. Everyone who crosses the 100-point threshold by September 22 will receive an official “Titan 100” certificate to celebrate their achievement.

Best Practice Tips

1. Filter TitanAdvisor for “Quick Wins” — Click on “Customize Plan” and hit the Filter icon and select “Quick Wins” for a fast, easy way to increase points.

2. Make It a Team Effort: Set goals, rally your team, schedule frequent check-ins, run a TitanAdvisor Checkpoint report, and celebrate your wins together.

3. Set Ambitious Goals:

   • If your score is around 100, aim for 150.

   • If your score is around 150, set your sights on 200.

   • If you’re already at 200+, congratulations! Keep up the great work, and help fellow contractors in Masterminds or wherever you can.

4. Get Help If Needed: If your score is under 100, follow the prompts in TitanAdvisor and reach out to your CSM for guidance. Boost your score with resources like ServiceTitan Knowledge Base, Academy videos, and Ember Sessions.
