The Titan Score
TitanAdvisor is a personalized digital coach, baked right into ServiceTitan, that provides insight into tips and features that will help you boost business and realize goals. This powerful tool then quantifies how effectively you’re utilizing ServiceTitan and provides you with a Titan Score. A higher score means better utilization, which translates into greater value for your business. In fact, contractors who maximize their use of ServiceTitan have been shown to grow more than twice as fast.

The Titan Score Challenge is back for 2025
Leverage TitanAdvisor to boost your score and get a chance to win exclusive recognition and prizes.
The Challenge will run from April 10 to September 10, 2025, with winners announced during our Pantheon event on September 17-19 in Anaheim, California! Two winners will be selected for each of the following categories based on the largest total increase in Titan Score during the challenge period. Score at the beginning of the challenge:
Titan Score < 85
Titan Score between 85-150
Titan Score between 151-200
Titan Score between 201+
