What is TitanCenter?
TitanCenter is a new feature that allows office users to view the latest announcements and upcoming events, and provides easy access to helpful content, support-related articles, and training. Best of all, it’s located in-app—think of it as your ServiceTitan digital bulletin board!

As ServiceTitan continues to make improvements to help your business grow, we want to make sure you’re in the loop. In TitanCenter, you’ll find release notes, upcoming event notifications, and new product or feature announcements, so you and your team can be prepared.
TitanCenter features an event calendar where you can get an at-a-glance view of upcoming training sessions and webinars on a variety of topics—memberships, payroll, pricebook, and more—that you and your team will find very valuable. Each training session or webinar will have a link to register as well a link to watch the recording if you weren’t able to make it, so FOMO (fear of missing out) will be a thing of the past!
You’ll also save valuable time by having a consolidated section with links to ServiceTitan’s Knowledge Base and Academy. Get answers when you need them, and find articles and videos containing step-by-step instructions on how to activate or utilize specific modules that help you use ServiceTitan more effectively.
You may see an additional link to contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM), Implementation Project Manager or the Implementation Team. Which one of these you see will be dependent on where you are in your ServiceTitan journey.
There are also links that provide ways for you to participate in the ServiceTitan Community, where you can network with fellow contractors, exchange ideas, and ask questions.
