ServiceTitan has a new integration partnership with GPS Insight, as reported by Yahoo Finance. So what does this mean for customers of ServiceTitan and GPS Insight? For starters, these home services companies can integrate phone, customer, sales, and GPS data into one comprehensive platform.
This partnership may be most beneficial in easing the burden for dispatchers, helping them to make better decisions when assigning technicians in the field. GPS Insight customers can now have their vehicle location data sent automatically into ServiceTitan's dispatch board. From there, the ServiceTitan platform uses the data to enable more streamlined scheduling and easy identification of technicians nearby who can be assigned a job.
"The partnership between ServiceTitan and GPS Insight is a great example of a technology integration in today's world," says Ershad Jamil, ServiceTitan's director of business development. "The integration utilizes application program interfaces (APIs) to send data from GPS Insight directly into ServiceTitan to accurately track technicians in real time."
