Both Benbrook and Duffy recognize that time is money.
“ServiceTitan does an amazing job with their customer service and their CSMs,” Duffy says. “But there are a lot of people out there that just need a little bit more. That is what we do.”
Duffy adds that she and Benbrook fully comprehend that entrepreneurs in the trades need to spend a majority of their day actually running a business. Technology should be helping that pursuit.
“[Clients] come to us initially saying, ‘I think this software can do more,’” she says. “It absolutely can, almost 10 out of 10 times. It can do even more for you than it is doing today.”
