ServiceTitan’s Customer Referral Program: Tips and Tricks

When we partner with you to help your business reach its full potential, we want you to share your successes with everyone, so we created the ServiceTitan Referral Program to give you opportunities to do so, and earn rewards like a cash bonus or even a Ford F-150 Raptor in the process.
How the Referral Process Works
Let’s break down the referral process so you know exactly what you need to do to successfully submit your referral.
Think of a contractor/shop owner in your network whom you feel would be a great fit for ServiceTitan. Know a contractor looking to streamline their business operations? They are a great referral candidate!
Gather their contact information and submit your referral. You will increase the likelihood of a successful referral by introducing us to someone you have an established relationship with.
Inform your contact that you referred them to ServiceTitan.
If ServiceTitan is a good fit for your referral, a member of our referral team will reach out to your referral and schedule a demo. Once your referral attends the demo, the Referrals Team will let you know that you’ve earned a Qualified Introduction Reward ($500 per referral). You will need to provide them with a few details to claim your reward:
» The name of the person you want the check made out to » The address where you want the check sent
5. If your referral joins ServiceTitan and stays live for 90 days, you will receive a New Titan Reward. This reward is a percentage of your referral’s annual spend with ServiceTitan, up to $10,000!
Tips for a Successful Referral
We want to give you the opportunity to earn as many referral rewards as possible, so we’ve gathered a few tips here for your reference.
When submitting a referral, it is important that you personally know the individual you are referring. This will make for a smoother process and avoid confusion.
Additionally, you will want to make sure that your referral isn’t already in contact with our Sales Team. Feel free to bring this up with your customer success manager on your next success call.
Once you’ve completed your referral submission, please let your contact know that a member of our Sales Team will be reaching out to see if their business will be a good fit for ServiceTitan.
Please note, in rare cases, we may not reach out to your referral. Instances like these are uncommon and may occur if your referral has already been in contact with us or if we don’t 100% believe we can provide success for your referral’s business. Please see our FAQs for more details here.
Because ServiceTitan customers regularly submit referrals it is possible that processing your referral may take time. If you haven’t received any communication from the referral team, don’t worry—our team is working hard to keep everyone in the loop regarding the process of your submission.
