ServiceTitan® Releases Native App for Service Business Industry
HVAC and other service technicians can now access operational software without Internet connection via ServiceTitan’s new smartphone app.
Glendale, Calif., November 3, 2015 — ServiceTitan®, a cloud-based platform that manages all operational components of residential plumbing, HVAC and electrical home service business systems, announced the release of its new native application for field technicians to use on Apple and Android tablets anywhere, regardless of web connectivity. Designed to mimic the ServiceTitan browser-based mobile platform in an effort to maintain productivity and eliminate downtime from further training, the ServiceTitan’s Mobile App 1.0 is available now to all current users on iTunes and the Google Play Store.

Unlike other browser-based applications, the ServiceTitan native app allows technicians the ability to access customer information and input data without worrying about Internet service disruptions. This provides a much more stable, flexible and powerful solution for field technicians. The native app uses a database stored on the hard drive of the device instead of a potentially unstable browser-based storage system. When offline, users can access the Mobile 1.0 application, making inputs that will be synced to the ServiceTitan cloud once a mobile data connection is made.
