How can I sign up to participate in the beta?
If you are interested in participating in the beta for Web Tools, please contact Technical Support at https://help.servicetitan.com/how-to/contact-support.
How much does it cost to use these features?
Both of these features are included as part of core features of ServiceTitan, therefore, they are available at no additional cost. All customers (except Canada during the beta) will have access to the Web Scheduler, while Chat to Text will be available to all Essentials and Works customers (including Canada).
When setting up the Web Scheduler or the Chat to Text widget in ServiceTitan, do we need to have the “www” as part of the website name?
When adding the website link during setup, you may or may not need the “www” in the link. This will widely depend on how your domain name is set up. You will need to make sure the website link includes “https://” and is spelled correctly.
Are these features available for Canadian customers?
Yes. Canadian customers will be able to use Web Scheduler. Canadian customers are also able to use the Chat to Text widget.
How do I get help installing the widget on my website?
ServiceTitan does not provide support for installing the widget to your website. Please click on the Learn More links above for step-by-step instructions andd contact your website developer to have these added to your website.
