Will this be an extra cost?
This is included in Marketing Pro - Direct Mail which is available in the Full Suite package. The cost per piece to send a postcards is 65 cents, with no minimum volume requirements.
Is this available in Canada?
No, currently Marketing Pro - Direct Mail is not available in Canada.
How did ServiceTitan get access to this data?
ServiceTitan has partnered with a third party that collects US property information from local county assessor and recorder offices (e.g., property type, build year, bedroom count, bathroom count, sq. footage, and other factual information that is available from public records). We currently hold a data-licensing agreement with our partner, which allows us to utilize his data for a number of different internal and product purposes.
Can we do radius marketing?
No not this time but will be something we add in the future.
What about returned postcards?
According to USPS and other Direct Mail providers the average return rate for undeliverable postcards is around 7-8% due to the increase of people moving across the country during and post pandemic. ServiceTitan considers this as a regular cost of doing direct mail campaigns and wants to be transparent and set the correct expectations for our customers. Neither USPS nor any Direct Mail provider offers any kind of refund for the expected number of postcards returned
