The Phones Pro Workshop is intended for CSR’s and any office staff that will utilize Phones Pro within the office and have purchased and started implementation. This workshop will cover the full CSR workflow, discovering key features within DialPad, including inbound and outbound calling through the use of the embedded dialer and DialPad’s desktop application, provide an understanding of Phones Pro Settings within ServiceTitan and a comprehension into DialPad’s Analytics and ServiceTitan Reports to gain an understanding of your customer base.
