- How many people can I bring?
We heard you—and this year we're excited to say the limit on tickets per company have been removed. Feel free to bring the whole team.
- Who is Pantheon for?
ServiceTitan customers looking to transform their business. In years past, over 50% of attendees are owners and GMs, but also many people from accounting, IT, office managers, and even dispatchers. We even have training tracks that are perfectly suited for each role, including accounting, owner, office, field and operations. These are just suggestions though, feel free to choose the sessions that are right for you!
- Are there shuttles from the hotels again this year?
No need! To keep things super convenient for our guests this year, we have secured hotel blocks right on the property or within a very short walk. If you choose to stay at a different hotel you will need to arrange for your own transportation to and from the Convention Center.
- What do I need to bring for day 1?
Your laptop and iPad. Don't have an iPad? Click here to rent one for the day!
- Why July?
After polling all ServiceTitan customers, and getting hundreds of responses, July was the first choice by a mile! We're as shocked as you are, especially since HVAC businesses chose it at the highest rates. We always strive to make the timing of the show work for as many people as possible. We hope you can make it!
- Is airport transportation provided?
Given the varied arrival and departure schedules, we unfortunately cannot provide transportation to and from your hotel. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and shuttle services are all available at LAX for your convenience.
- What's your cancellation policy?
Have a conflict? We get it. You can easily transfer your registration to a different team member using the same link you use to manage your registration and clicking transfer. You may also request a refund by clicking the 'request a refund' link in your confirmation email, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will offer a full refund up to 30 days pre-show. After that, we can offer a 50% refund.
