TitanScore data and revenue

ServiceTitan data shows that customers with higher TitanScores have been seeing higher and more stable revenue through the pandemic. Through April 8, the group of customers with high TitanScores was still seeing positive year-over-year revenues, as opposed to all other groups of customers.

In late March, the highest group of TitanScores (in the range of 60+, depending upon company size) saw average revenues up 8.6% year over year — while all other groups were either flat or lower YoY.
