Utilize ServiceTitan’s Online Estimates feature to allows customers to accept estimates through their own phone or computer

Similar to Online Payments,  You can configure your estimate and payment  email to automatically include a link where you customer can view and sign their estimates.

Note: The Online Estimates feature was built for use cases where the customer wanted the technician to email the proposal so that the customer could review it with their spouse that night or the next day. Therefore, when the customer approves the proposal, it currently requires you to book a separate job as part of a project to complete the work. We are updating this feature to allow technicians to complete the work while on-site, without requiring separate jobs or projects.
