Contactless experience

There are many ways you can modify your processes to support a contactless experience between your technician and your customer to make them both more comfortable and protected.


Have suppliers drop off parts at your technicians’ homes or directly to the job site

Some suppliers are offering to deliver parts and equipment directly to your technicians’ homes. Others are offering curbside pickup at branch locations so your technicians don't have to go inside or come in direct contact with anyone. Our inventory module allows you to submit your POs so materials or equipment can be delivered directly to either your technician's home or the job site. This allows you to simplify your technicians’ experience in the field while protecting your warehouse manager and staff.
